Questions and answers
01How long does a custom home take to build?
Most of our houses take 18 to 26 months from the first drawings to the keys, depending on size, permits and the finishes chosen.
02Do you build on a lot I already own?
Yes. Most of our clients come to us with a lot. If you have not bought one yet, we will look at it with you first.
03Do you design the house as well?
Yes. Our design team draws the house, takes it through permits and stays on it through construction.
04Can I follow the build from out of state?
Yes. You get a weekly update with photographs and film from the site, and we walk it with you on every visit.
05How do you price a custom home?
From the drawings: a fixed price for the agreed design and finishes, with allowances you can see line by line.
